Create a PoC, to dynamically update dev-preview and z-stream development (stage bundles built from release branches) bundles in FBC so we can have automated IIBs, possible scenario:

• For dev-preview we have auto release to production registry so we can use the konflux nudge functionality to update the FBCs automatically when there is a new dev-preview bundle
• For devel FBCs (z-stream), we can enable RP auto-release to stage and use konflux build artifacts from the created nudge PRs
• We will probably be need to split out the nudged file outside of FBC and then have some github action (or a different script, preferably bash) update the konflux nudging PR with regenerated FBC catalog
