[UI] Unable to edit the Plan Mapping

      Description of problem:

      So the issue is when i try to edit he Plan Mapping it doesn't apply and effect is taken - alternative to edit it in the "Network map" and it does work

Note: both issues tested in OVA provider and VMware Provider

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OCP: 4.19.3MTV: 2.9.0 (redhat-osbs-on-pr-9605045737232331b74529a5003357bbfdf79a3e)CNV: 4.19.1

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a Provider VMware / OVA
2. Create a Plan with a VM with 2 Nics
3. Edit the "Mapping" in the Plan

      Actual results:

      No effect and nothing changes

      Expected results:

      Changes should be applied
