Performance degradation on MTV 2.9.0 using Storage-offload

      Performance degradation detected on MTV 2.9.0 during storage-offload operations.

      Details:

      • Initial performance tests were done using Roy’s standalone images, before storage-offload was merged into MTV 2.9.0.
      • A comparison with the latest IIB build:
        quay.io/redhat-user-workloads/rh-mtv-1-tenant/forklift-fbc-prod-v418:on-pr-6fb04bc2a66fff1d96551b820a67548047f888a4
        and also using the previous IIB build : 
        quay.io/redhat-user-workloads/rh-mtv-1-tenant/forklift-fbc-prod-v418:on-pr-76657e65fa4e6ff445965976200aed1ad7adbb7d
         
      • The results showed noticeable performance degradation when using storage-offload on MTV 2.9.0 compared to the earlier standalone builds .
