Description of problem:

Warm migrate VM from RHV to OCP, the plan failed on "Initialize" phase with error: "Could not find snapshot in precopies list", check on RHV, the snapshot is created with wrong date:  "Sep 3, 2023" but not "Jul 2, 2025" and then the snapshot is deleted by MTV.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Start the VM: mtv-rhel8-warm-sanity-nfs on RHV, create a warm migration plan: rhv-test to migrate VM: mtv-rhel8-warm-sanity-nfs from RHV to OCP cluster

2) The plan failed on "Initialize" phase

3) Check the migration with error, more details in attached file:  plan-rhv-test.yaml, forklift-controller-756cf8f655-c7jl9-main.log

4) Check on RHV envrionment, the snapshot is created, the snapshot created time is "Sep 3, 2023" but not "Jul 2, 2025" and then the snapshot is deleted by MTV.

Actual results: 

In step2-4: Plan failed with error "Could not find snapshot in precopies list", but the snapshot is created on RHV

In step2: Plan executed successfully
