Plan with "+" within VM name replaced with " " as space in the Inventory

      Description of problem:

      I've created a VM name with "mtv+func+rhel8+Ameen" in VMware vCenter then created a provider in the Inventory the name appear as "mtvfuncrhel8Ameen" as a result when trying to migrate the VM in CNV copied with that name.

      OCP: 4.19
CNV: 4.19.1
MTV: 2.9.0 - forklift-fbc-prod-v419:on-pr-0a284bcac660e2515fe8d0f7e5fd3894438e96c3

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create VM in VMware vCenter 7.0.3 
2. lookup for that VM in the inventory:
oc mtv inventory vms vmware -o json | less

      Actual results:

      "name": "mtv func rhel8 Ameen"

      Expected results:

      "name": "mtv-func-rhel8-Ameen"
