When creating a plan with a RHV provider, the network and storage maps values aused by the selected VMs are not auto calculated and set as done for 2.8.x

1.create a plan with a rhv source provider
2.in storage, network map steps, select "use new map" option
3. click "add mapping"

the first map value that is used by selected plan vms should be displayed

No map value is displayed, the user needs to guess which mapping value is used.
