UI Refresh Resets Scroll Position to Top in Plan/Provider YAML

      Description of problem:

      When scrolling in the YAMLs it keep refreshing each ~15 seconds and reset to top position

      1. Create provider/Plan and start scrolling and wait ~15 seconds
