      Description of problem:

I'm working on NFS server with 5 ova's inside creating the OVA provider shows 5 as expected.
But when the provider exist and adding more ova files to the NFS server the provider freezes and getting this error in the OVA pod:
Error processing OVF from OVA: unexpected EOF

Note: Deleting the provider and re-adding it when the copying complete solve the issue

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV: 4.18.6
      OCP: 4.18
