1) Create the OSP provider, create a plan to migrate 3 VMs from it to OCP cluster, 2 of the VMs migrate successfully, 1 VM hang in initialize phase (more than 3 hours), the forklift-controller log is attached in file: forklift-controller-78446965b6-8zqjh-main.log

Actual results:

In step1: 1 VM hang in initialize phase
