The intro of Installing and using the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization should explain what the toolkit consists of. It explains first that you can use it do cold and warm migrations from VMware and RHV, so that's good, but what are the components? The only thing it discusses installing is the operator, which leaves me wondering...is that all there is to install? Then why is it called a toolkit?

A short paragraph at the beginning of the document, and either a repetition or a summary at the beginning of the Installing the Operator module would be enough to dispel this confusion.
