Description of problem:
1. Warm migrate VM: mtv-func-win8 from vCenter7 to OCP cluster, when migration failed in cutover phase, due to "VMware Tools is not running", the snapshot left on vCenter 2. Warm migration VM: mtv-func.win2019_79 from ESXi host to OCP cluster, start the migration, it failed with error in Initialize phase: "Another task is already in progress.", the snapshot left on vCenter

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a warm migration plan to migrate VM: "mtv-func-win8" from vCenter7 to ocp cluster
2) It failed in cutover phase, hit error below, the snapshot left on vCenter
"ServerFaultCode: Cannot complete operation because VMware Tools is not running in this virtual machine."
Actual results:
In step4: The snapshot is left on source after migration
Expected results:
In step4: No snapshot is left on source after migration
