Initiative: Upstream end-to-end testing

In order to be able to run tests upstream, we need a continuous integration platform. VMIO is using OpenShift CI, but VMIO will be deprecated in CNV 4.9 (target).

We need to continue using the OpenShift CI platform for Forklift to not disrupt existing tests.
We need to request approval to add all Forklift components to OpenShift CI.
