Redeploy worker node on cloud15 with node name= worker000-r640

      worker node name change  from : f01-h31-000-r640.rdu2.scalelab.redhat.com   to   worker000-r640   on cloud15
      3 rook-ceph-osd  still on errors and cant be moved to Running state , which impact cloud15 ODF  functionally

      Cloud15 has 3 OSD pods currently in a Pending state.
      These pods are still referencing the old worker node name: worker000-r640.

      However, the new worker node that was deployed is named:
      f01-h31-000-r640.rdu2.scalelab.redhat.com.

      The OSD pods are attempting to schedule on the old node name, which no longer exists.
      To resolve this, the worker node should be redeployed using the previous node name (worker000-r640) so that the pods can be scheduled correctly.
