As of 2.8.4 MTV-1700 the MTV is capable to install older drivers this enabled MTV to migrate Window 2008r2.
But we found new issue in the virt-v2v that the command Get-NetAdapter fails to execute as it's missing in the win2008r2 RHEL-91611.
So as of the moment the 2.8.4 does not work with the static IPs, we could create the firstboot script to work with the win2008.
