Description of problem:
The vmkfstools-wrapper is a packaged in a VIB, and has a CommunitySupport grade, because it is not signed by VMWare. CommunitySupport vibs cause a 'secure boot', if an admin opt-in for it, to stop the boot process of an ESX. Needs research.
