When a VM is created using an instance template, and you attempt to migrate it from one OCP cluster to another, the Storage (stanza) in the Virtual Machine customer resource is not present.

    4.18.9

    1. Create a virtual machine with the instance wizard
    2. COLD migrate that VM from one OCP cluster to another
    3. Attempt to start the VM
    

    The PVC from the Virtual Machine is renamed using the plan name as a prefix, this detail is NOT set in the new (migrated) Virtual Machine instance custom resource.  The entire "volumes:" stanza is missing.

    The "volumes:" stanza should be present and use the migrated PVC name on the target OCP cluster.

    This reproduces every time.
