This task relates to non-grafana MTV report key/value changes that are needed in the code and in elastic search to enable proper querying and build comparison.

The following changes are needed:

    Add: result_id: uuid
    update: report_date: current date report submitted as timestamp
    remove redundant mtv_version key
    remove archived tar.gz folder after successful upload
  remove null from mtv_version

Following these changes the elastic index requires updates to fields to set timedate and keyword values correctly.
