Description of problem:

Migrate VM (vda 16G root disk, vdb 4G, vdc 1G) from source OCP4.18.2 cluster to local OCP4.18.2 cluster,
the migration plan executed successfully, login to VM, check the disk name changed:
vda 16G -> vdb 16G, vdb 4G -> vda 4G
