[RFE] Override pvcNameTemplate hash postfix

      Description of problem:

      With the implementation of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MTV-1595, 5 additional "hash" characters are added to the end of the pvc name.  There are some instances where we don't want to do that.  This is a request for a feature that would allow to override adding the hash to the end.
