Description of problem:

In MTV 2.8.0, the VM name is allowed with dot, but in the "Virtual Machine" page, for VM: "mtv.func.win2022", it's still report: Invalid VM Name, need to update this page

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Prepare a VM: "mtv.func.win2022" on vSphere7

2) Click Providers: v7-us -> Provider Details: "Virtual Machines", filter the VM, it's report: "Warning concerns Invalid VM Name"

But in MTV 2.8.0, the vm with dot is valid.

3) Create the cold migration plan, check the plan is without warning and Ready.

Actual results:

In step2: Report "Warning concerns Invalid VM Name" for VM: mtv.func.win2022

Expected results:

In step2: No warning message for VM name with dot in middle
