Description of problem:

Windows VM Warm Migration triggers a Snapshot creation with "Quiesce guest file system" this requires below services to be running/enabled on the source VM.

VMware Snapshot Provider
Volume Shadow Copy

If the services are not running or disabled the Snapshot creation fails with a very generic error message stating

"An error occurred while taking a snapshot: Failed to quiesce the virtual machine"

Our documentation is missing information about these services.
