Description of problem:
When entering invalid vddk init image value within the vSphere create provider form, and then clicking "skip vddk" for ignoring this field: The field value is reset/disabled but the validation still occurs and blocks the user from creating the provider.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click create vSphere provider 2.Set provider name, url and an invalid vddk value 3.click the 'skip vddk' checkbox for avoid using vddk
Actual results:
The vddk field is disabled and cleaned but form validation is failed on invalid vddk and therefore the create provider button is disabled
Expected results:
once 'skip vddk' checkbox is checked, vddk field value should be ignored
