Description of problem:
For shared disks, current message is: 1) "If virtual machines are using shared disks, Migration Toolkit for Virtualization(MTV) will migrate the shared disk only one time by default Migrate shared disks again. This may slow down the migration process" Need to change the description in this tab as the MTV behavior is based on the "Shared disks" setting in the plan, if this is set to True, the shared disks will be migrated, if this is set to False, the shared disks will not be migrated. 2) And need to change the message of Shared disks in the Plan Details -> Settings: E.g from "Migrate shared disks again" to "Migrate shared disk"/ "Do not migrate shared disk"

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a cold migration plan to migrate VM: mtv-function-win2019 from vSphere 7 to OCP cluster
2) Edit the "Shared disks", the message is:
"If virtual machines are using shared disks, Migration Toolkit for Virtualization(MTV) will migrate the shared disk only one time by default" – - Need update
MTV behavior is based on the "Shared disks" setting in the plan, if this is set to True, the shared disks will be migrated, if this is set to False, the shared disks will not be migrated.
"Migrate shared disks again. This may slow down the migration process" -- Need Update
it's better to change it to E.g. "Migrate shared disks. This may slow down the migration process"/ "Do not migrate shared disks"
And also need to change the message in below:
Actual results:
In step2: For shared disks, the descriptions are not correct
Expected results:
In step2: Update the shared disks message
