As an MTV user,

• I want to migrate the VM disks as fast as possible. The Scale&Perf team found an optimized VDDK AIO configuration. The MTV should be able to enable the configuration to be set on the provider.
• I would expect the feature to work on both cold and warm migration.
• I would want to have an optimized default but at the same time easily configurable VDDK AIO configuration.
