Description of problem:

Create networkmap, storagemap, plan and migration by command line with yaml file,
after archiving and deleting the plan, the networkmap/storagemap/migration are left on the cluster

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create neworkmap: v8-networkmap, storagemap: v8-storagemap, plan: v8-plan and migration: v8-migration by command line with yaml file, please see more details in the attached files: networkmap.yaml, storagemap.yaml, plan.yaml, migration.yaml

2) The cold migration is running, but the Migrations part without the migration information

3) The plan executed successfully, Check the networkmap: v8-network-map Owner: null,  storgemap: v8-nfs-map Owner: null

4) Archive and delete the plan, check the networkmap/storagemap/migration are left on the cluster

Actual results:

In step3: the networkmap/storagemap/migration are left on cluster

Expected results:

In step3: the networkmap/storagemap/migration are deleted
