Description of problem:

Click "Providers for virtualization" -> click "v8-us" -> Click "Virutal Machines" -> filter by name: mtv-function-win2022 -> select the VM:mtv-function-win2022-test -> click "Create migration plan" -> Input Plan name: mtv-win2022-cold -> click "Next", can't add network mapping or storage mapping in the "Create migration plan" page sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create a vSphere provider: v8-us by Endpoint type: vCenter, or ESXi host type

Provider resource name: v8-us
Endpoint type: vCenter or ESXi  URL: https://10.***/sdk
Skip certificate validation: true

2) Create a warm migration plan to migrate vm: mtv-function-win2022-test from v8-us to ocp cluster successfully

3) Try to create a cold migration plan to migrate the same VM: 

Click "Providers for virtualization" -> click "v8-us" -> Click "Virutal Machines" -> filter by name: mtv-function-win2022 -> select the VM:mtv-function-win2022-test -> click "Create migration plan" -> Input Plan name: mtv-win2022-cold -> click "Next" , can't add network mapping or storage mapping in the "Create migration plan" page.

4) Click "Back" button, then click "Next" button, hit the same problem

5) Refresh the web console page, repeat the step 2, can't add the network mapping this time

6) Refresh the web console page again, repeat the step2, can add both network/storage mappings

7) Refresh the web console page again, repeat the step2, can't add the storage mapping this time
