Cannot create ova provider on MTV if ova file is compressed

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Copy a compressed ova file to a nfs server

2.Create the ova provider with compressed ova file on MTV, but the provider can't be created

3 Unzip the ova file and copy to nfs server, and then use the unzipped ova file to create the ova provider on MTV. The provider can be created successfully.
