BACKGROUND
Currently MTV doesn't detect whether VMs are using shared disks or not. As a result, the MTV migrates the shared disks multiple times. This is an issue because the shared disks are typically very large. Making multiple copies takes hours and it wastes network bandwidth.

GOAL
As a VI admin, I should be able to decide whether the shared disks should be migrated.
