Steps:

Scenario1:

1.1 Migrate a win11-efi-secureboot guest from VMware on MTV

1.2 Check the win11-efi-secureboot guest  after migration, the status of guest keeps starting and secureboot is true in guest yaml file

Scenario2:

2.1 Migrate a win2022-efi-without secureboot enabled from VMware on MTV

2.2 Check the guest after migration,  the status of the guest keeps starting and secureboot is false in guest yaml file

Additional info

1. win2016-efi guest without secureboot enabled and  win2019-efi guest without secureboot enabled can boot into OS normally
2. win2025-efi with secureboot enabled can boot into OS normally
