VMs start migration takes long time

      Running warm migration using 200 VMs, 2 disks each, using 8 ESXs (25 VMs per ESX).
      It takes more than 90 minutes for all VMs to start the migration.

      Example:
      vm-16 and vm-18 are running on the same ESX host.
      The start time gap between those 2 VMs - ~1 hour
