Hello team, one of my customers reported a concern about the UI of MTV while importing virtual machines into OCP Virt via MTV.

The issue is in regards to the menu related to the Preserve IPs from VM.

With the toggle menu Off, the message will display: "

Do not try to preserve the static IPs of the virtual machines migrated from vSphere"

However this does not preserve the IP, and the customer must toggle the menu to On, and at this point the message will display: "Preserve the static IPs of the virtual machines migrated from vSphere"

The message is misleading to customers and prevents a successful migration.

The message should be a more clear message, similar to :
"Preserve the static IPs of the virtual machines migrated"

Toggle should be Yes or No
