This ticket is for the work related to testing hundreds of multi-disk vms to be used in warm migrations.

Goal:

• Verify Warm Migrations when hundreds of VMs are attempting pre-copies - is there any disk queuing on vmware side, is it possible to preform manual snapshot?  How long does initial pre-copy take based on number of vms / disks
• Identify strategies related to moving high number of vms where migrating more vms is likely more important than migrating less vms faster.
