As a user, while a migration plan is running, there is no animation indicating that progress is being made and when the migration fails completely, partially, or succeeds fully, the table's status cell is difficult to read.

Solution is to use "Complete" and "Incomplete" as overarching status summarizations of the migration plan, to show a spinner while the migration is taking place, and to reduce the amount of UI elements visible within the status cell to hopefully lead to an easier consumption of migration plan results.
