With MTV-802 the backend allows to select an instanceType per VM.

This epic is about designing and implementing a UI.

The instanceType selection is per VM.
And we need to decide betwene two approachces I'd say (my 2cts):
1. Select box - Offer all different instance types on the dest cluster as options to the user to choose from
2. Check box - High performance VM (CX instance type), or not.
