      Description of problem:

When create vSphere provider with CA certificate by fetching certificate, get confused warning message

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      MTV 2.7.3, CNV 4.16.4

Step1: Create a vSphere 7 provider with CA certificate, the CA certificate part is null,  click the "Fetch certificate from URL", get the warning messge:

"The current certificate does not match the certificate fetched from URL. Manually validate the fingerprint before proceeding."

This confuse users, as they'd like to fetch the certificte from URL and use it directly when they click this button, and they don't know if the content showed in this page is the fetched one

Step 2: Select "I trust..." and click "Confirm", then click "Fetch certificate from URL" again, no warining message.

      Actual results:

In step1: A warning message shows "The current certificate does not match the certificate fetched from URL. Manually validate the fingerprint before proceeding", and user don't know if the content showed in the page is the fetched one

      Expected results:

In step1: No warning message or update the message
