We have a controller env variable:
FEATURE_RETAIN_PRECOPY_IMPORTER_PODS
which can be set so the CDI won't delete the importer pods.
But we need to set it in the controller deplyoment, we should allow it to propagate it from the ForkliftController resource and let the operator to set the value.
