Currently we display the following info per plan:
Migration started column - as part of the plans table

migration started, completed columns - per each migration instance of the plan within the plan details tab

migration started, completed columns - per each VM of the plan within the VMs details tab

Required:
Showing the migration data transfer rate information for a plan's migration and/or for plan VMs.

Need to consider:
Do we include failed/canceled vms, do we calculate differently for warm/cold migration, do we include the concurrent virtual machine/disks migrations parameter settings etc.
