customer was not able to add vpshere provider as for now customer was able to negotiate handshake using TLS1.2 and AES-128-SHA

customer was advised with following:

1, scale down the folklift-operator deployment:
2, edit deployment forklift-controller
3, append desired tls version and ciphers as below to the main container:
4, verify that deployment forklift-controller is modified and that new forklift-controller pod is created and old one is terminated.
(Be aware that if you would like to keep this setting do not scale the deployment forklift-operator up as it will enable default settings.)
5, Test adding provider either with IP or with the FQDN.
