The plan is stuck when conversion pod fails

      When running the virt-v2v guest conversion the plan won't fail if the conversion pod fails.

            Tested on MTV 2.7.2 with CNV 4.15.7

            The plan is "Failed" status when hit the conversion pod failed when try to warm migrate uefi VM to OCP cluster.

            Changed this bug status as verified.

            Tested on MTV 2.7.2 v4.16 IIB:837176 with CNV 4.16.4

            cold migrate VM: mtv-'RHEL8.8'~!@#$%^&*"_{[(7/|\9)]}?<>:;" the test plan executed successfully. Didn't hit the conversion pod failed. The VM name changed to mtv-rhel8-8-79, check the VM is running on cluster.

            Reproduced on MTV 2.7.1 with CNV 4.16.4

            Try to cold migrate VM: mtv-RHEL8.8-79-ceph-rbd, the conversion pod failed, but the plan is keep on "Running" status.
