Automatic metric is set for default gateway after migration

Steps to Reproduce:

Step1:  Start VM: mtv-esx7-win2022-2nics-2disks in vSphere7 with static ip and gateway settings as below:

Step2: Cold migrate VM with preserve static IPs on, map the VM network, Mgmt network to 2 NAD networks, the migration plan run successfully

Step3: Check the VM ipv4 address no change, the gateway ipv4 address no change,

            but the "Automatic metric" is set for interface default gateway

Actual results:

In step3: Before the migration, set the interface metric, dis-selected the "automatic metric", after migration the "automatic metric" is set

Expected results:

In step3: the gateway setting is not changed, the "automatic metric" is not set
