upstream: Windows cant boot after migration due to old virtio-win drivers

      When running the 2.7.0 cold migration to local cluster everything passes but the windows VM is throwing `Stop code: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE`.
      Attached the virt-v2v conversion pod logs I was able to reproduce it on 2019 and 2022 but it is not 100% reproducable.
