We are trying to migration many VMs with one plan. 
The cluster can handle with all the VMs in terms of requirements, and sometimes the plan succeeded and sometimes failed and stuck

There is no clear reason why plan failed, probably because it make pressure on the storage and then the copy disk stuck.

There is no timeout for the plan after few hour that there is no progress in the migration plan
