      Hello,

In MTV documentation, when describing Adding a VMWare Source Provider (see https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/migration_toolkit_for_virtualization/2.6/html/installing_and_using_the_migration_toolkit_for_virtualization/migrating-vms-web-console_mtv#adding-source-provider_vmware)
      It is mentioned :

It is strongly recommended to create a VMware Virtual Disk Development Kit (VDDK) image in a secure registry that is accessible to all clusters. A VDDK image accelerates migration. For more information, see Creating a VDDK image.

However, in many PoCs, when NOT installing VDDK, running a migration plan fails !

So could it be possible to update the documentation with :

      • either make this installation be mandatory,
      • or add a note stating that if running a migration plan fails without installing VDDK, then try again when VDDK has been installed.

      Thanks,
      Eric.
