As per linked SFDC case:

Customer request that when multiple VMs are part of an MTV Plan, we should have an option in MTV to migrate a selection/subset of VMs, instead of having to migrate all of the VMs in the plan.

This feature would provide Customers with more flexibility when migrating VMs from vSphere to RHOCP.
