'DiskTransferV2V' step is not update the total disks tasks field

      While running migration of a VM with 1 disk or more, 'DiskTransferV2V' is not update the disks tasks progress.

      After migration ended the step showed '0/X' disks

      The 'phase' parameter is missing in 'DiskTransferV2v' pipeline. (it exists in 'DiskAllocation' pipeline)
