we have a section for warm and cold migrations but as we intend to upgrade the version of virt-v2v that is used in warm migrations, it may be challenging for end-users to realize the trade-off in using warm migrations. therefore we need:

1. to list the trade-off between the two approaches
2. either change MTV to use cold migrations when warm migration is triggered for VMs that are down, or describe what happens then
