[Scale] Host Juggling to vsphere (fc) env

      Lets move all but 1 host from iscsi vsphere env (Tzahi) to the mostly FC env of (Dudu) to enable the 10k testing.

      Please leave 1 host in Tzahi's env the rest shoould be move over to Dudu's.
