Currently, we detect that USB is enabled on RHV VM, but this is not enough information to decide whether to block the migration or not. We also need to know if a USB device is really attached to the VM.

We need to add the USB devices attached to the VM when USB is enabled. This will allow to build finer grained validation rules.
