Using MTV 2.6.1 , try to migrate 1 VM.
2 steps were completed - Initialize & Disk Allocation.
The step ImageConversion was not running and the migration plan had no progress.

The PVC was in "Pending' status  with "WaitForFirstConsumer" reason.
