The operator fails on `proxy_cluster.spec.trustedCA.name|length > 0` - we check this for creating a config map for OpenShift clusters with custom ingress CA chain. we don't need this config map anymore now that the UI is integrated into the OpenShift console so we can drop the config map and this check.
